Individual Counseling 60-minute session: $120-$220

Individual Counseling 90-minute session: $150-$250

Relationship Counseling 60-minute session : $160 - $260

Relationship Counseling 90-minute session : $240 - $350

All payments will be made electronically automatically at midnight the day of the session. All clients will keep a credit card, HSA or FSA card on file that will be automatically billed at the start of the appointment time. Electronic payment systems (Paypal, Venmo, Zelle) are not HIPPA compliant and cannot be used as payment systems. Superbills (specialized receipts to submit to insurance companies) will be issued monthly for all clients.

At this time we do not directly bill insurance companies due to their ability to dictate your care and their policy of underpaying providers. If it is helpful to you we can submit a bill on your half to ease your reimbursement for treatment.

Cancellation Policy: All clients are expected to cancel any appointments 24 hours in advance of the start time of the session that will be missed. If you cancel in advance you will not be charged any fee.

Cancellation Fee: Clients who miss the 24-hour cancellation window or do not show up for a session will be charged the full fee for their session. Since session fees are on a sliding scale clients will be charged the same rate they pay for the session missed.

Refund Policy: If for any reason you a client is accidentally charged erroneously the client will be reimbursed the full amount of the accidental charge within 5-business days.
